On this episode…
Rob Greenfield has been living a simple life and showing us all how freeing and meaningful it has been. An adventurer, environmentalist and humanitarian, I met Rob by doing a dumpster dive together to showcase how much food is wasted in the US. We’ve been friends ever since. In the time I’ve known him he has showcased many ways to live a more sustainable, free and earth-friendly life. He’s put a spotlight on food waste, biked across the country more than once, grown and foraged his own food, written books and now he’s wearing his trash for 30 days. These are just a few of his projects. Take a listen on what started Rob to “Choose To Care” and why he continues.
